McGill - Contract Negotiation Workshop (Part Two)

The ability to negotiate is an essential managerial skill, as well as a core leadership competency. Negotiations take place in every context of human interaction. The purpose of this class is to teach participants some of the essential techniques of negotiating with an emphasis on contract negotiations. During this 2-day workshop, participants will be fully engaged in applied learning exercises and self-assessments. The class is designed to be fun, challenging, and substantive.
