Bernie Wurster
Bernie Wurster has been in the aviation industry for almost four decades and is an active AME and pilot. His maintenance background includes the airframe/powerplant systems as well as avionics. During a long career with Air Canada he held various positions including being the PRT (Person Responsible for Training) and the Manager of Technical Qualifications. He has been involved in various Transport Canada committees including the CARAC committees for AME licensing, basic training and type training. In addition he has held positions on numerous college advisory or strategic boards. Bernie is a long standing member of the CCAA accreditation board and self employed providing services to the aviation industry principally in the areas of quality audits, policy development, technical support and training.

Michelle Wallmer has been in the aviation industry for over 10 years working with fixed wing and rotorcraft. She is the first quality systems auditor certified to a national standard in Canada by the Canadian Council for Aviation and Aerospace (CCAA). She has also served as chairperson on the local board of St. John Ambulance.

Mike Doiron
Mike has been involved in aviation for over 40 years. During his career he has been involved in Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Safety Management Training. He has conducted over 100 CRM, SMS and Safety Officer Courses as well as numerous safety reviews on many companies ranging from small single aircraft operators to international operators to Civil Aviation Authorities. He has also helped companies develop in-house CRM training as well as numerous companies establish safety management programs within their operations. He is a recognized expert in safety management both nationally and internationally and has consulted with Transport Canada on the development of the national safety management programs in Canada.

Peter Boniface
Peter got his start with the Rhodesian Air Force in the late 70’s, and has been in aviation for close on 40 years. An AME both in Canada and previously in South Africa since 83, Peter has held titles ranging from General Manager with CAE and Bombardier Military Aviation Training (NATO Flying Training Program for RCAF), to Director of Maintenance (Person Responsible for Maintenance and Maintenance Operations) with Conair, Fireweed Helicopters, and Field Aviation West out of Calgary. as well as Chief Maintenance Manager and Inspector with several other aviation companies.
