Edmonton, AB – The Alberta Aviation & Aerospace Council (Alberta AAC) receives 1.5 Million in funding to launch a transformative workforce development program (named Alberta Aerospace Fusion) aimed at addressing critical labour shortages in Alberta’s aviation sector. In collaboration with the Alberta Aviation Future Alliance—a strategic partnership between Elevate Aviation, CAREERS, and the Canadian Council for Aviation and Aerospace (CCAA), this initiative will strengthen Alberta’s talent pipeline and respond directly to the growing demand for skilled aviation professionals.

We’re honoured that the Alberta Aviation and Aerospace Council has received this funding to help skill the next generation for careers in aviation and aerospace. Through our partnership with the Alberta Aviation Future Alliance, we’re creating opportunities for Albertans to gain the skills, experience, and connections they need to thrive in these essential industries.
