Creating inclusive skies, together

Theme: Clearing the runway: evidence-based strategies for inclusive aviation

Goal: Enhance safety within aviation through a culture of inclusion

Jazz Aviation organizes and hosts an annual Inclusive Skies conference, brining together Canadian aviation professionals for a day of listening, learning, and exchanging positive practices that strengthen diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility across the industry.

The conference aims to strengthen industry-wide understanding of how inclusive practices directly enhance organizational culture, workforce sustainability, and operational safety.

This year’s program features five speaker sessions with topics including mental wellness as mission-critical, moving from awareness to action, embedding inclusion into culture, coalition building, and improving safety through inclusion.

We anticipate approximately 40 attendees representing airlines, airports, regulatory partners, community partners, and academic institutions.
