Goal: Enhance safety within aviation through a culture of inclusion

Jazz Aviation hosts the annual Inclusive Skies Conference, convening aviation professionals from across Canada to exchange leading practices and advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility across the industry.

The conference demonstrates how inclusive practices strengthen organizational culture, support workforce sustainability, and enhance operational safety.

This year’s program includes five sessions focused on mental wellness as mission- critical, moving from awareness to action, embedding inclusion into culture, coalition building, and advancing safety through inclusion.

Approximately 40 attendees are expected, representing airlines, airports, regulators, community organizations, and academic institutions.

Senior leaders and decision makers are strongly encouraged to attend and actively participate. Their presence is critical to converting insight into action, reinforcing accountability, and advancing meaningful change within organizations and across the industry.
