CCAA will be presenting a live online Virtual Workshop for Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) Training
Date: 2 Half Days on June 4th & 6th, 2024 from 9:00am to 1:00pm (MST)
Course content:
Day 1- 4 hours
- Review of Quality Assurance concepts
- Comparison of Quality Assurance and Quality Control detailing the importance of both and how they work together
- Overview of statistical Quality Control and the concepts of quality improvement process
- Discussion on the development and management of audit checklists
- Overview of risk management as it pertains to and integrates with quality assurance
Day 2 – 4 hours
- Explanation of managing compliance and noncompliance events
- What to look for when assessing corrective and preventive actions
- Discussion on the proper management of records and documents within the Quality Assurance program
- Discussion on the importance of proper reporting protocols within the Quality Assurance program.
- Overview of issues when dealing with the regulator
- Discussion of what to keep in mind when managing an audit team
- Review of Day-to-Day responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Manager
- How to deal with external audits
