Date: Two X 2 Hour sessions on February 21st & 23rd, 2024 from 11:00am to 1:00pm (EST).
Just as we each have our own unique appearance, skills, and talents, we all have our own unique ways of doing things and relating to others; we all have our own pattern of behaviour. This module examines four different personality types and strategies for increasing your effectiveness and reducing your frustrations when working with others.
Successful completion of this module will enable the learner to:
- Understand how to interact with various personality types in a work or personal setting.
- Identify the benefits of learning to deal effectively with different personality types.
- Analyze four different predominant personality types, their attributes, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Apply appropriate strategies to deal with others positively.
